Coach Jay Attended Eden Prairie and MTS high school.

​

He has 5 years of Varsity experience starting off in 8th grade. He played AAU for Howard Pulley EYBL all 4 years. He attended Colorado Boulder but Covid shut his season down. He then landed a deal to play in a division 3 league in Moldova Italy, and landed a deal in Germany the following year.

After finalizing his career, he returned home to pursue his career in player development.

He has 5+ years of training and coaching experience in many different geographic locations that gives him the best opportunity to evaluate and develop athletes to handle any type of adversity they encounter.
