Pull Back Series

When applying the pull back series into your game, there are a few things you should focus on:

Balance

Stability

Change Of Paste

Decision Making

The purpose is to get your defender off balance, read them(Are they standing?Stumbling?are they still tightly guarding you) then make a decision from there.

When practicing this series, we encourage that you get 10-15 clean repetitions in before moving on to the next stage of this series.

Stutter Step Series

When applying the stutter step series to your basketball package. Few things you need to focus on:

Balance

Change of paste

Constant movement

emphasis on weight transfer

The focus is to get your defender to over think and believe that you are going to go one way and adjust your speed and go the other way.

When practicing this series, we encourage that you get 10-15 clean repetitions in before moving on to the next stage of this series.
